10:00 A.M. in courtroom 12 on Tuesday, January 13, 1998 in D.C. Federal Courthouse court to hear argument for impositoin of sanctions against White House and Federal Bureau of Investigation On Tuesday, January 13, 1998, in courtroom 12, the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia will hold a hearing, at 10:00 A.M., to discuss the status of the class action lawsuit which Judicial Watch filed on behalf of Reagan and Bush employees, and others, whose files were improperly obtained by The White House for likely political espionage. Before the Court are issues which include, but are not limited to, whether or not The White House and Federal Bureau of Investigation will be sanctioned for discovery misconduct, as reported in The Wall Street Journal on January 6, 1998, in the editorial section. |
