Maryland Tripp prosecuter lied to court and Judicial Watch
Claimed he did not have documents responsive to FOIA request
Documents Concerning Political Contacts With Democrats Produced Belatedly
In a startling development, reminiscent of the Jones case, Maryland State prosecutor Stephen Montanarelli has effectively admitted that previous sworn and other pleadings which he provided to the Court and Judicial Watch were false, and that he and his office withheld documents showing political influence in the decision to investigate criminally Linda Tripp.
Copies of the documents are available on request.
