Federal Courthouse court to hear argument for impositoin of sanctions against White House and Federal Bureau of Investigation On Tuesday, January 13, 1998, in courtroom 12, the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia will hold a hearing, at 10:00 A.M., to discuss the status of the class action lawsuit which Judicial Watch filed on behalf of Reagan and Bush employees, and others, whose files were improperly obtained by The White House for likely political espionage.
