If Successful, Canal Could Revert Back to the United States (Washington, D.C.) Today Judicial Watch, on behalf of Congressman Bob Barr and a dual U.S.-Panamanian citizen, filed a lawsuit in federal court which seeks to declare the Panama Canal Treaty invalid.
