SPECTER, RENDELL AND ABRAHAM TIED TO CORRUPT PHILADELPHIA TEAMSTER JOHN MORRIS

JUDICIAL WATCH CLIENT DON ADAMS HAS FILED A LAWSUIT AGAINST RENDELL, ABRAHAM , MORRIS AND TEAMSTERS LOCAL 115 FOR VIOLATION OF CIVIL RIGHTS, SLANDER AND OTHER OFFENSES

FOX's O'Reilly Agrees: "City of Philadelphia Corrupt"

(Washington, D.C.) Judicial Watch's heroic clients, Don Adams, and his sister, Teri Adams, have filed a multi-million dollar civil rights and defamation lawsuit against Philadelphia Mayor and Democratic National Committee Chairman Edward Rendell; Lynne Abraham, Philadelphia District Attorney; and John Morris, formerly head of Local 115 of the Teamsters Union in Philadelphia.

Don and Teri Adams were brutally beaten by Morris' Teamsters - who were wearing "Teamsters For Clinton" t-shirts - as they peacefully protested outside of City Hall during a fundraiser sponsored by Rendell with the assistance of Bill Clinton. Both were in City Hall at the time of the attack. Before the attack, Adams' protest sign was ripped out of his hand. When Don Adams demanded his sign back, Morris proceeded to order and participate in the attack on him and his sister. By covering Don from further attack, Teri saved his life. Following the attack, Rendell, along with others, slandered Mr. Adams, showing that the Mayor and DNC chief were working in tandem with Morris.

On FOX's "The O'Reilly Factor" yesterday evening, Time Magazine reporter, Edward Barnes, confirmed that the Adams' case is not just a Democrat scandal. Barnes revealed links between Senator Arlen Specter and John Morris and suggested that the reason Morris was not prosecuted for his attack on Adams, or concerning recent revelations that he was stockpiling weapons, was because he had protection from Specter, Rendell, Abraham, and others.

Judicial Watch's lawsuit on behalf of the Adams seeks to obtain justice where others have refused or failed, in particular Philadelphia District Attorney Lynne Abraham - who was also joined as a defendant. Abraham has failed to prosecute Morris, prompting Bill O'Reilly to quip: "I heard that Lynne Abraham is going to retire with Janet Reno. They're both going to get a condo down in the Bahamas or someplace."
