"THE JUDICIAL WATCH REPORT"

JUDGE BORK AGREES JUDICIARY IS ONLY HOPE TO BRING JUSTICE TO CLINTON ADMINISTRATION

REFORM PARTY'S RUSS VERNEY AND RADIO PERSONALITY MARK DAVIS ALSO FEATURED

(Washington, D.C.) This Saturday, January 8, 2000,The Judicial Watch Report will broadcast its first new program of the New Millennium, featuring esteemed author Judge Robert H. Bork, now of the American Enterprise Institute, Reform Party Ex-Chairman Russ Verney, and nationally-syndicated Dallas radio personality Mark Davis. In this week's segment, Judge Bork thoughtfully addressed the judiciary's critical role in bringing justice to a corrupt Clinton Administration:

Larry Klayman: I think this country, right now, is in the hands of the judiciary - with some of the cases Judicial Watch has - and unless they make decisions that restore public confidence, we could see this judicial system literally slip towards Gomorrah.

Bork: Yeah, you're seeing a [Clinton Administration] Executive Branch, right now, which has very authoritarian tendencies. That is, punishment of conservative organizations by IRS audits and that kind of thing.
