NO SURPRISE -- WALL STREET JOURNAL REPORTS PENTAGON OFFICIALS NOT TO BE PROSECUTED OVER TRIPP RELEASE




(Washington, D.C.) Today, The Wall Street Journal is reporting that the Clinton Justice Department will not prosecute Clifford Bernath, Kenneth Bacon, and others over the release of Linda Tripp's Pentagon file information. This comes as no surprise to Judicial Watch, which is pursuing these matters in its 90-million dollar Filegate class action case and other lawsuits.
