SATURDAYS: 12:00-2:00 p.m. EST (NATIONALLY) 7:00-9:00 a.m. on WWRC 570 AM (D.C.)

Rep. Campbell to Appeal President's War Power Authority to The Supreme Court

Author and Political Commentator Arianna Huffington to Discuss Her New Book

(Washington, D.C.) Don't miss this week's edition of The Judicial Watch Report! This Saturday, February 26, hosts Larry Klayman and Tom Fitton will be joined by special guests, Congressman Tom Campbell (R-CA), author Arianna Huffington and conservative talk show hosts, Jane Chastain and Ray Briem.

In the first hour, Arianna Huffington will survey the American political scene with her new book, How to Overthrow the Government. Then, California's "Voice of the Night," Ray Briem will join the program to discuss current events from a conservative perspective.

In the second hour, Jane Chastain, host of What Washington Doesn't Want You to Know, a hard-hitting, no nonsense look at Washington, D.C, will discuss the political, social and moral issues of the day. Also, Congressman Tom Campbell (R-CA) will discuss his lawsuit against President Clinton, challenging the president's war power authority. Campbell and thirty-one of his Congressional colleagues plan to appeal a decision by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit that no one may challenge a president's decision to go to war. "To allow a President to make war on his own is a terrible error," said Campbell. "[My colleagues and I] are presently discussing an appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court."
