Rep. Bob Barr, David Schippers and RNC Chairman Jim Nicholson to Discuss the Independent Counsel's Report on Filegate and the Corruption of the Clinton-Gore White House

Dolly Kyle Browning to Discuss Challenge Against Judge's Ruling

(Washington, D.C.) Don't miss this week's edition of The Judicial Watch Report! This Saturday, March 18th, hosts Larry Klayman and Tom Fitton will be joined by special guests, U.S. Rep. Bob Barr (R-GA), former lead counsel for the House Impeachment Trial, David Schippers, Esq., RNC Chairman Jim Nicholson and Judicial Watch clients Joseph Duggan and Dolly Kyle Browning.

In the first hour, David Schippers, a lifelong Democrat and former lead counsel for the House Managers during the House Impeachment trial, will discuss Independent Counsel Robert Ray's Filegate report and the breakdown of the American justice system. He will also be joined by Joseph Duggan, former speech writer for President Bush and a victim of Filegate.

In the second hour, Congressman Bob Barr (R-GA) and RNC Chairman Jim Nicholson will join the Judicial Watch Report to also examine Ray's Filegate report. Finally, Dolly Kyle Browning, President Clinton's childhood friend and confidante, will discuss her pursuit to have President Clinton held accountable for criminal contempt of court. Browning appeared before the 8th Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals this past Wednesday to argue that the decision by Judge Susan Webber Wright to hold the President in civil contempt of court, which she maintains should be reversed, must redress the harm done to her as well. Next week, The Judicial Watch will invite DNC Chairman Ed Rendell on its show, or any representatives of the Clinton-Gore White House, if they wish to present a rebuttal.

The Judicial Watch Report can be heard on stations across the country and Judicial Watch's website at www.judicialwatch.org from 12 noon EST to 2 p.m. on March 11, 2000. A list of affiliates is available at www.judicialwatch.org.
