VIDEO OF RAY BEING FORCED TO ADMIT THAT HE DID NOT DO HIS JOB

Clip Available At www.JudicialWatch.org

Office Of The Independent Counsel Now On Record For Failing To Diligently And Competently Complete Its Mission

(Washington, D.C.) On Sunday's broadcast of ABC's "This Week," Robert Ray appeared to discuss the Office of the Independent Counsel's (OIC) recent submission of conclusions in regard to the still ongoing Filegate scandal. Although litigation brought forth by Judicial Watch and their clients is still pending, the OIC report was submitted by Mr. Ray this past Thursday.

When specifically asked about his contact with recent whistleblowers directly involved in the cover-up of Filegate, Mr. Ray was forced to admit that he did not meet with them even when presented with an invitation. Mr. Ray also revealed that his office failed to interview key Filegate witnesses such as Linda Tripp.

Today, Judicial Watch filed suit against Robert Ray and the office of the Independent Counsel. "Unlike so-called government offices, Judicial Watch's legal team will properly complete its mission and get to the bottom of not only the Filegate scandal but all of the scandals produced by this corrupt administration," stated Judicial Watch Chairman, Larry Klayman.

The video clip featuring Mr. Ray is available at www.JudicialWatch.org along with a copy of Judicial Watch's complaint filed in the D.C. District Court .
