RENO COVERS-UP AGAIN

(Washington, DC) Yesterday, upon questioning from Senator Arlen Specter, Charles LaBella revealed that he had recommended an independent counsel to investigate President Clinton and Bernard Schwartz of Loral for alleged bribery in the transfer of high satellite and missile technology to the Communist Chinese. While the American people cannot expect Congress or the Independent Counsel to investigate and prosecute this alleged violation of law, Judicial Watch had filed a lawsuit on behalf of the stock-holders of Loral against Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton, Al Gore, Bernard Schwartz, John Huang, and others over this matter. "The lawsuit is in progress and will uncover all the facts and, much like the O.J. Simpson civil case, obtain justice where the criminal justice system has failed," stated Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton.
