Linda Tripp Now Holds The Upper Hand In Privacy Act Claims Against The Clinton-Gore White House

Judicial Watch Intervenes In Tripp Privacy Case After Obtaining Finding That Law Broken

(Washington, DC) With the news that Linda Tripp has just "emasculated" the criminal case brought by Maryland prosecutor Stephen Montaranelli based on inadmissible evidence, the tables are now turned. Now, thanks to Judicial Watch's efforts in its Filegate litigation, where there has been a finding that the Clinton-Gore Administration has violated Tripp's privacy rights, she is now on the offensive and is no longer on the defensive.

Indeed, Judicial Watch has moved to intervene in Tripp's Privacy Act lawsuit, as it is related to the public interest law firm's Filegate case. Ms. Tripp has testified in Judicial Watch's Filegate lawsuit that she has information linking Hillary Rodham Clinton to her now failed prosecution in Maryland. Hillary Rodham Clinton, not coincidentally, is a defendant in Judicial Watch's Filegate lawsuit.

"The time has now come for Linda to go on the offensive, and under the time tested principle of the Bible-do unto others as you would have them do unto you - she must now pursue justice against Hillary Rodham Clinton and her accomplices. Judicial Watch will be with her every step of the way, in order that justice is restored to our great nation," stated Judicial Watch Chairman Larry Klayman.
