The Judicial Watch Report Radio Show Elian Gonzalez Sings

Cliff Kincaid: President Clinton Hindered PAN AM 103 Terrorism Investigation

(Washington, DC) On Saturday’s edition of The Judicial Watch Report, hosts Larry Klayman and Tom Fitton were joined by client, Donato Dalrymple and special guest, Cliff Kincaid of America’s Survival, Inc.

In the first hour, author and journalist Cliff Kincaid said President Clinton crippled the PAN AM 103 terrorism investigation by cutting a deal with Lybia’s dictator. "He clearly cut a deal with Mumar Kadafi, letting Kadafi off the hook for turning over these ‘two scape goats’...Lybian intelligence agents," said Kincaid. "There’s really one reason why they’ve made this deal with Lybia and that’s oil...black gold." Kincaid also indicated that Occidental Petroleum, who is a major financial contributor to Vice President Gore and President Clinton, pushed heavily for the international deal. "Occidental Petroleum is one of the big oil companies that has been lobbying for reestablishment of relations with Lybia. They want to get back in there and cut oil deals with Mumar Kadafi."

In the second hour, Judicial Watch client Donato Dalrymple, shared a touching song recorded by Elian for Donato on his birthday. "I just wanted to share his song with the American people to let them know this little boy who’s so happy in this country is going back to a life of nothing [in Cuba]" said Dalrymple. This first ever broadcast of Elian’s song can be heard on Judicial Watch’s website at www.judicialwatch.org through today’s archived show. Donato also responded to the 11th Circuit Court’s decision to deny Elian an asylum hearing. "Everyone in this country - Elian is in this country - gets their due process. They get their day in court. But this little boy, through the means of Fidel Castro and Janet Reno, is not going to get his day in court. It’s very sad and it’s very sad for the judicial system."

This episode of The Judicial Watch Report is archived on www.judicialwatch.org and will be rebroadcast on WWRC 570 AM in the DC area today, June 3, between 7:00-9:00 p.m. A list of affiliates is available at www.judicialwatch.org.
