EMERGENCY ELIAN JUSTICE FUND!

Judicial Watch Needs Your Help To Pursue Justice!

(Washington, DC) Judicial Watch announced today the creation of an Emergency Elian Justice Fund to support its litigation cases and educational activities to hold Attorney General Janet Reno, Deputy Attorney General Eric Holder, and Immigration and Naturalization Services Commissioner Doris Meissner personally accountable for the illegal and unconstitutional raid on the home of the Miami relatives, as well as its Freedom of Information Act actions which have already uncovered the collaboration of the Clinton-Gore Administration with murderous Communist dictator Fidel Castro.

In addition, Judicial Watch intends to file amicus briefs before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court arguing that Elian Gonzalez should be granted an asylum hearing in order that he can make his case to remain in the United States free from Castro's Communist cesspool in Cuba.

In recent days, Judicial Watch has made tremendous legal strides in pursuing the rights of all Americans through its Elian Gonzalez-related Court litigation, and has singlehandedly uncovered the collaboration between the Clinton-Gore Administration and Castro's Communist Cuba.

"This is not just an issue for Cuban Americans or Hispanics, but also for all Americans who believe in liberty, justice, and the American way, and despise Communism and what it stands for," stated Judicial Watch Chairman and General Counsel Larry Klayman.
