JUDGE LAMBERTH TO HOLD E-MAIL HEARING TODAY (Washington, DC) Today, the Honorable Royce C. Lamberth will hold a hearing to discuss the schedule for the Clinton-Gore White House to produce e-mail in the burgeoning e-mail scandal, and other related issues. With recent revelations that the Clinton-Gore Justice Department and Office of the Independent Counsel have not -- contrary to their material representations to the Court -- been conducting a thorough e-mail investigation, Judicial Watch will renew its request and ask Judge Lamberth to conduct an expeditious evidentiary hearing in order that all the facts concerning the coverup can be revealed in the context of Judicial Watch’s $90-million class action Filegate lawsuit. A press conference will follow on the Court House steps. All members of the media and the public are welcome to attend. |
