GENNIFER FLOWERS VS. HILLARY RODHAM CLINTON

Preliminary Motions To Be Argued Tomorrow In Federal Courthouse, Las Vegas, Nevada

Obvious Intent Is To Prolong Production Until After 2000 Election

(Washington, D.C. and Las Vegas, NV) On Tuesday, July 18, 2000, at 9:00 a.m. in the Federal Courthouse in Las Vegas, Nevada, before the Honorable Philip M. Pro, counsel for Gennifer Flowers, Larry Klayman of Judicial Watch, will argue preliminary motions in the case which Ms. Flowers has brought against Hillary Rodham Clinton, James Carville, and George Stephanopoulos. The lawsuit alleges invasion of privacy, and defamation as to Mrs. Clinton based upon information showing that Mrs. Clinton hired private investigators to gather information to then smear Ms. Flowers in order to ensure her husband's, Bill Clinton's, and her own ascension to the White House, and now to the Senate.

The hearing on the preliminary motions is open to the public.
