Trulock’s Harassment Continues!

Chung Exposes Sen. Kerrey Involvement in Illegal Clinton-Gore Fundraising!

(Washington, D.C.) On Saturday’s edition of The Judicial Watch Report hosts Larry Klayman and Tom Fitton were joined by Judicial Watch clients Notra Trulock and Johnny Chung. Notra Trulock, former counterintelligence officer with the Department of Energy, discussed the latest retaliation by the Clinton-Gore Administration after blowing the whistle on national security breaches at the Los Alamos nuclear laboratories. "Last Tuesday, I came home and found that my beautiful golden retriever had a big wound on his head. It looked like somebody wacked him with a baton or a butt of a pistol. [In the house], I saw things had been messed up and books were moved around." The incident occurred days after the FBI entered Trulock’s home without a warrant and illegally seized his computer. Trulock also expressed gratitude for Judicial Watch’s efforts to pursue justice in his case. "Had it not been for Judicial Watch, I am not sure where I would be right now. I’m broke, facing bankruptcy...you guys stepped forward and I can’t express my appreciation enough for all of your help and support."

Former DNC fundraiser Johnny Chung, who is making amends for illegal fundraising activities by telling the truth, says the Clinton-Gore Administration is also harassing him. Recently, the General Counsel of the Federal Election Commission, Lawrence Noble, a very partisan Democrat, announced that they are pursuing additional penalties against Mr. Chung [for contributions to Senator John Kerrey’s (D-NE) campaign]. "The harassment continues. It never stops," Chung said. "When I exchanged my check with [the Kerrey campaign], my shareholder, Mr. Lee, was right there. [Kerrey’s] fundraiser was right there. The DNC and Clinton-Gore ‘96 professional fundraiser was also right there. And they saw me exchange that check. [But now they say] they saw nothing and heard nothing." Klayman noted how Kerrey was not charged with any campaign finance violations, but Chung continues to be harassed. Klayman wondered whether it was unwise of partisan Democrats, like Noble, to pursue this charge, since it would implicate Al Gore’s likely vice-presidential running mate in a crime. Chung gave Notra Trulock a bit of advice for his journey for justice. "I want to say, Mr. Trulock, keep your faith...if you keep your faith and trust in Judicial Watch, nobody can mess with you."
