REPUBLICAN CONVENTION AVOIDS ANY DISCUSSION OF BRINGING THE CLINTONS TO JUSTICE

"It is not enough for George W. Bush to say he will change things! There can be no justice unless Bill and Hillary Clinton are held to account for their crimes against the American people." Larry Klayman

The Judicial Watch Report Radio Show To Discuss Progress Of Bringing Bill And Hillary Clinton To the Bar

(Washington, D.C.) Over the last four days of "sweetness and light" at the Republican National Convention, which was made to look more like a gathering of liberals than conservatives, one theme was conspicuously absent from the opposition party's message -- namely, the need to restore accountability in our legal system through bringing Bill and Hillary Clinton to justice. While the speeches of Vice Presidential nominee Cheney and Presidential nominee George W. Bush made oblique references to the Clintons' subversion of our legal system and promised that integrity would be restored to the White House under a Bush-Cheney Administration, the message did not address what the American people must do to ensure that rampant illegal conduct -- including wholesale violation of privacy rights and the sellout of U.S. national security interests for campaign contributions -- will never again be permitted. Given the Republicans' desire to placate the polls on this issue, this is the job which must be left to Judicial Watch and the courts.

"How would it be if Fred Goldman had simply walked away from the murder of his son by O.J. Simpson, and not pursued justice through a civil lawsuit for wrongful death? His failure to take action would have been like trampling on the grave of his loved one. The American people cannot walk away from the severe harm and damage inflicted on our beloved nation by Hillary and Bill Clinton through their lawlessness, disrespect for basic human rights, and their treasonous actions in selling high-technology to the Chinese to line their own pockets," stated Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton.

"Judicial Watch will not rest until justice is done, no matter how long it takes," added Judicial Watch Chairman and General Counsel Larry Klayman. "Only in this way will presidents in future administrations know that the Washington elite will no longer be permitted to act as if they are above the law," he added.

"Through accountability, government then will be able to function as it was designed to by our framers in Philadelphia in 1776," Fitton added.
