COURT ORDERS WHITE HOUSE OFFICIALS TO TESTIFY IN E-MAIL OBSTRUCTION HEARINGS

Testimony: "Everyone in White House" Knew of Hidden Gore and White House E-mail

Court Hears Testimony of Threats, Obstruction, and Misconduct by Clinton-Gore Justice Department Lawyers

(Washington, D.C.) A federal court judge, after hearing testimony from White House whistleblowers, ordered the testimony of former high-level Clinton-Gore White House officials in a court hearing examining the threats, obstruction, and alleged false testimony in the White House e-mail scandal. These evidentiary hearings, which will continue on August 14, come in the context of the Filegate civil lawsuit brought on behalf of those former Republican White House staffers and others whose FBI files were taken illegally and misused by the Clinton-Gore White House. Hillary Clinton is a defendant in this lawsuit. The court hearing included:

    Testimony from White House whistleblower Sheryl Hall who said that Hillary Clinton controlled the computer systems in the Clinton-Gore White House, and made all hiring and firing decisions. Ms. Hall testified that a White House contractor was in fear for his life over the e-mail scandal.

    Betty Lambuth's sworn testimony that she received threats of job loss, arrest, and jail from White House officials Laura Crabtree and Mark Linday if she or her colleagues told anyone about the hidden e-mail – e-mail about which the Court was not told about for over two years.

    The testimony of Kathy Gallant, a former Clinton-Gore political appointee who knew of the threats by the White House. Gallant also testified that the Clinton-Gore White House officials never fixed the e-mail problem nor told investigators or the Court about it because they didn't want the e-mail to come out in the middle of the Lewinsky and other scandals.

    Testimony that Clinton-Gore Justice Department lawyers knew of the threats and the e-mail scandal but led the Court to believe that the allegations were all false.

    Testimony from White House e-mail specialist Daniel "Tony" Barry that "everyone in the White House" knew that Al Gore's and other White House e-mail were being hidden from investigators. Despite this, Barry and Clinton-Gore lawyers filed sworn declarations falsely stating there were no e-mail problems.
The Court ordered further testimony next week from Virginia Apuzzo and Ada Posey, two former high-level White House officials who are, according to sworn testimony, very close to Hillary Clinton. Both knew of the e-mail problem but did nothing to alert the Court, or to fix it.
