E-MAIL HEARINGS GO FORWARD

Former Clinton-Gore White House Office of Administration Director Implicates "Higher Ups," Including Bill Clinton

Judicial Watch Wants To See "Real Culprits" Held Accountable For Criminal Coverup

(Washington, D.C.) Yesterday, Judicial Watch called to the witness stand former Clinton-Gore White House Office of Administration Director Ada Posey. While her testimony is still in progress and will continue today, Ms. Posey, who was hired through Patsy Thomasson and David Watkins (both of whom had to leave the White House in disgrace), revealed that high-level officials, including the President himself, were in the chain of command responsible for disclosing the e-mail coverup to the Court, Congress and the Independent Counsels. The testimony came in an evidentiary hearing concerning the coverup of hidden Clinton-Gore White House e-mail.

Earlier in the day, Karl Heissner, a Clinton-Gore White House computer specialist, stated unequivocally that the Administration had a duty to advise the Court, Congress and the Independent Counsels of the e-mail problem, whereby e-mail was not archived and searched for production of documents to the Court, Congress, and the Independent Counsels.

Today, Judicial Watch will continue with the testimony of Ms. Posey, as well as recommence taking testimony from Daniel Barry, the Clinton-Gore White House computer specialist who initially uncovered the e-mail problem, but then covered it up through the submission of false affidavits prompted by his superiors, White House counsel and Clinton-Gore Justice Department counsel.

"No reasonable person listening to this and other court testimony presented in the last several weeks could conclude that the coverup of the e-mail problem, which included threats and resulted in the non-production of documents to the Court, Congress, and the Independent Counsels, was yet another in a claimed series of ‘innocent bureaucratic snafus.' The Clinton-Gore Administration is quite competent in both committing crimes and covering them up," stated Judicial Watch Chairman and General Counsel Larry Klayman.

"Never have we seen such a ‘well-oiled' criminal operation in The White House. The Nixon White House was amateur by comparison," added Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton.

A press conference will be held on the Courthouse steps following each day's hearing.
