White House and Northrop Grumman employees continue giving testimony on alleged cover up and obstruction of justice by the Clinton-Gore Administration in retrieving "missing" e-mail connected to Judicial Watch’s $90-million Filegate lawsuit. The lawsuit was brought over misuse of government files on former Reagan and Bush administration officials and others.

Scheduled to testify on Tuesday: Daniel A. ("Tony") Barry, Computer Specialist, White House Office of Administration, and Mark Lindsay, former Chief Counsel for the White House's Office of Administration.

A press conference will follow the day’s proceedings.
