Judicial Watch Filed Action Months Ago and Is Now In Discovery Stage (Washington, D.C.) Judicial Watch welcomed news today that the Miami family of Elian Gonzalez has filed its own complaint against Janet Reno, Doris Meissner and the City of Miami. This will complement Judicial Watch’s lawsuit on behalf of Little Havana over the illegal raid orchestrated by Janet Reno, Doris Meissner, and Eric Holder of the Clinton-Gore Justice Department on April 22, 2000 (Easter weekend). This action by the Gonzalez family furthers Judicial Watch’s efforts to obtain justice.
