E-Mailgate Hearing at 2:00 pm Today COURTROOM: 9 (4th Floor) PLACE: Federal Courthouse Steps Third and Constitution Avenue, N.W. (Washington, DC) Judge Royce C. Lamberth will hold a hearing in the burgeoning E-mail scandal to chart the course of further testimony in what, in Judicial Watch’s opinion, is shaping up to be a criminal obstruction of justice by the Clinton-Gore Administration. Tomorrow, Lanny Breuer, former Special Counsel to the President, and Michelle Peterson, former Associate Counsel to the President, accused by the Office of Independent Counsel of not being truthful in her “alibi” testimony, will be recalled to the stand, beginning at 10:30 a.m. A press conference will be held at the end of the hearing on the Courthouse steps. |
