9:30 AM, Wednesday, November 22, 2000 Judge Jorge LaBarga Courtroom 11B 205 North Dixie Highway West Palm Beach, Florida Press Conference Following The Hearing With Judicial Watch Chairman Larry Klayman (Washington DC) Judicial Watch filed Public Records Act requests to examine ballots in the November 7th presidential election with all 67 of Florida’s counties. The vast majority of the counties responded in accordance with the law. Palm Beach, Volusia and Broward counties failed to abide by Florida state law, and Judicial Watch has brought lawsuits against those counties. Palm Beach County Court Judge Jorge LaBarga will hold a hearing Wednesday concerning the Judicial Watch lawsuit against Palm Beach County. |
