JUDICIAL WATCH APPEARS IN ELECTION BALLOT LEON COUNTY CASE AS OFFICIAL OBSERVER

Prepared To Provide Testimony Of Findings In West Palm Beach And Other Counties

(WASHINGTON, D.C.) Judicial Watch, the public interest watchdog which fights government abuse, is appearing today as an official observer in the trial in Leon County over whether or not to conduct a recount of Florida ballots in the presidential election. Judicial Watch's expert, Johnson & Lambert & Company, is in the courtroom to provide testimony if the court so orders. Judicial Watch and Johnson & Lambert & Company in recent days have conducted an inquiry into the counting process in West Palm Beach and is prepared to do so in other counties, along with their volunteers. The review thus far shows that the counting procedure used by West Palm Beach County was flawed.

'Judicial Watch is present in the courtroom by virtue of the public interest and does not favor either political candidate, however we are interested only that justice is done,' stated Judicial Watch Chairman and General Counsel Larry Klayman.

Also on this website is a copy of Judicial Watch's experts report as well as an expedited motion filed by Judicial Watch Inc. to take judicial notice of independent experts report or for leave to present testimony.
