(Washington, DC) Late in the evening of Wednesday, December 20, 2000, Judicial Watch entered into a Consent Judgment with Miami-Dade County allowing for ballot inspection beginning on January 2, 2001.

“Miami-Dade County is at the center of the voting controversy, and inspection of its ballots will be most revealing and helpful in proposing methods to correct problems in the future,” stated Judicial Watch Chairman and General Counsel Larry Klayman.
