E-MAIL HEARING SET BEFORE JUDGE LAMBERTH Date: Friday, January 12, 2001 Time: 11:00 a.m. Place: Federal Courthouse Third & Constitution Avenue, NW Washington, DC Courtroom: 21 – 4th Floor The Honorable Royce C. Lamberth will conduct a status conference to discuss the preservation of e-mail and other documents in the E-mail scandal and Filegate case in light of the transfer of power from the Clinton-Gore Administration to the Bush-Cheney Administration on January 20, 2001 and other issues. The Court is also nearing a ruling on Plaintiffs’ requests to initiate criminal contempt proceedings over the E-mail scandal.
