IRS SUED BY BROADDRICK, DALE, CHUNG, FLOWERS, JOSEPH FARAH, WESTERN JOURNALISM CENTER, AND RUSSELL VERNEY AND PEROT’S UNITED WE STAND AMERICA

Agency Who Conducted Political Audits Refuses to Turn Over Documents to Victims

Judicial Watch Seeks to Uncover the Truth On Behalf Of Innocent Victims of Clinton-Gore Administration

(Washington, DC) Judicial Watch, the public interest law firm that investigates and prosecutes government abuse and corruption, has instituted suit on behalf of Juanita Broaddrick, Billy Dale, Johnny Chung, Gennifer Flowers, Joseph Farah, Western Journalism Center, and Russell Verney and Ross Perot’s United We Stand America.

These suits, instituted on behalf of Judicial Watch clients, seek to obtain hard evidence of the political IRS audits and other adverse actions against perceived critics and adversaries of the Clinton-Gore Administration. Many of these audits occurred during the reign of IRS Commissioner Charles O. Rossotti, who was appointed by Bill Clinton. Mr. Rossotti has not been removed by the Bush-Cheney Administration and continues in power.

A copy of the complaints can be found on Judicial Watch’s website at www.JudicialWatch.org or by clicking HERE.
