JUSTICE DEPARTMENT INVESTIGATES CLINTON CRIMES
JW Client Peter Paul Meets With Justice Department Lawyers in Brazil

While the nation and Judicial Watch focus on the terrorism at home and the war abroad, JW also continues to push forward with its campaign finance case against Hillary Clinton.

Of course, it is the Clintons who created the conditions that let the United States's guard down, allowing for terrorist actions.

During the past two months, JW client Peter Paul has met with officials from the Justice Department in Brazil to tell all he knows about Senator Clinton's campaign finance scam.

The Justice Department is investigating whether or not Senator Clinton failed to report millions of dollars in donations to her Senate campaign.

On December 11, Judicial Watch will be in court in Los Angeles County to move Paul's case against the Clintons forward.

Judicial Watch will argue the Clintons both defrauded Paul and broke campaign finance laws. In short, Paul wants his $2 million back.

Mr. Paul was double-crossed by the Clintons, after they induced him to make major contributions to Hillary's campaign and underwrite a celebrity fundraising gala.

In return, Paul received the President's commitment to join Stan Lee Media's Board of Directors, a stay in the Lincoln bedroom for Paul and his wife along with a weekend at Camp David, and an invitation to the President's last official State Dinner at the White House.

According to Mr. Paul, former DNC Chairman Ed Rendell also promised to work on getting Paul a pardon for prior felony convictions in exchange for his millions. The pardon never came.

The Clintons also failed to report Paul's contributions to the Federal Election Commission, a serious violation of the law, which put Paul in legal jeopardy.

By failing to report Paul's donations, the Clintons have made him an unwilling "co-conspirator" in violating various Federal statutes and regulations.

Paul donated more than $1.5 million, making him the single largest contributor to Hillary's campaign. Only about $500,000 of it appears in the federal election record.

Whereas, in past cases, the Clintons destroyed or conveniently "lost" the evidence needed to prove them guilty, this time, no such luck. Judicial Watch has collected the hard evidence needed to support the case in the form of bank records, photos, home videos and correspondence. Paul even has personal notes from Bill, Hillary and Chelsea which prove he had a close relationship with them, something the Clintons have denied.

And then, there is also the witness list for the case against the Clintons, which reads like a guest list to a summer blockbuster premier. Barbra Streisand, Brad Pitt, John Travolta, Michael Jackson, Muhammed Ali, and dozens of other celebrities who have vigorously supported the Clintons, will be called into court to testify against them.
