Letters to Editor

Dear Editor:

I hope you can see a difference between George W. Bush and Clinton.

The Enron mess: no one has accused anyone in the Bush administration of giving preferential treatment to Lay, etc.

There is smoke all over to investigate without going after what is a proper collection of private sector views.

Editor response: Of course, there is a world of difference between George Bush and Bill Clinton, and Judicial Watch presumes that most of our readers are aware of this. However, it would be a mistake to assume that because Bill Clinton has left the White House that all is good in government. It is not good enough to say that the government under George Bush is better than Bill Clinton. The Clintons set a very low standard. Our mission is to identify potential corruption and help expose and prosecute it. There are more than one million federal employees in the Bush administration. We hope the administration will welcome our continued efforts in all areas of prosecuting government corruption.

Dear Editor:

Thank you, thank you, thank you for keeping some hope that the Clinton’s unbelievable crimes will not be forgotten and that they will be brought to justice.

O.J. Simpson got away with his crimes. The Clinton’s magnitude is far more real and serious. Please don’t throw this in the trash – yet. Pass it up as far as it will go. There are so many good Americans who feel the way I do – and I think many are “coming around”” to realize what Bill and Hillary represent. God bless you.

Editor response: We always appreciate words of encouragement and the prayers of our supporters. Without you, we could do nothing.

Editor’s note: Over the past few issues, we’ve received a growing number of letters. Thank you for the response. Unfortunately, space limitations restrict the number of letters we can publish. However, we are careful to select letters which represent common themes.

Several letters have been received over the past few weeks expressing frustration with the fact that through all of the concerns about terrorism since September 11, the Clintons seem to have disappeared from the radar screen. More particularly, a common fear is expressed that they will get off scot-free and not be held accountable for a decade long crime spree in The White House and since then.

Believe me, no one is working harder than Judicial Watch to see that the Clinton crimes are not forgotten. The wheels of justice move slowly. Bill Clinton placed his operatives in places all throughout the government in an effort to continue his power well into the future. As this issue goes to press, it is becoming clear that Hillary Clinton has plans to return to The White House as President in 2009 or maybe even 2005. Judicial Watch is working to see that she gets in the “big house”.

We thank our most loyal supporters for their patience. The cases we pursue are unprecedented in legal circles. We blaze new territory daily. It may take a long time, but we will never give up.
