Brazil Prison Conditions "Deplorable" for Clinton Whistleblower

Sheltered away in a prison in Sao Paulo, Brazil, Peter Paul has a story to tell. And finally, the Justice Department is listening.

Justice Department investigators are studying evidence presented by JW client Peter Paul that Bill Clinton intended to work for Spiderman creator Stan Lee in return for $2 million in contributions to Hillary's campaign and $15 million in cash and stock from Stan Lee Media, a company co-founded by Mr. Lee and Mr. Paul.

The conditions of Mr. Paul's incarceration are inhumane. Mr. Paul is currently trapped in a Brazil jail cell awaiting extradition for alleged stock and bank fraud charges. Justice Department investigators have visited Mr. Paul on four occasions to collect information about the Clintons’ campaign fundraising violations. Thus far, according to the Justice Department, Mr. Paul’s facts are "checking out." Their goal is to bring Mr. Paul back to the United States as part of a plea deal to testify against the Clintons and others." Mr. Paul was caught up in Bill and Hillary Clintons’ web of deceit," said JW Chairman Larry Klayman. "He looks forward to an opportunity to tell the country, Congress and the American people the truth about the Clintons’ illegal fundraising schemes to put them in prison."

And what is the truth? Mr. Paul funded a $2 million "Hollywood Tribute to Bill Clinton," held on August 12, 2000, as part of a total $17 million offer to Bill Clinton to work with Stan Lee Media after he left the Oval Office. The event brought an additional $1.5 million into Hillary's campaign war chest. Mrs. Clinton never reported the contributions to the FEC and lied about the true cost of the event a move that constitutes a serious violation of federal election law.

Furthermore, the Clintons denied their close relationship to Mr. Paul, even though Mr. Paul has evidence in the form of checks, personal notes from the Clintons, candid video and photographs that prove the contrary.
