JW Works with Justice Department in Hillary¹s Campaign Fundraising Case

All that separates Hillary Clinton from accountability for campaign fundraising fraud is a one-way ticket from Brazil to the United States. JW Client Peter Paul is currently sheltered away in a Brazilian jail awaiting extradition for alleged stock fraud charges. Upon his return, his case against Hillary can proceed.

In the meantime, Judicial Watch is working with the Department of Justice on a plea bargain that would bring the former co-founder of Stan Lee Media back to the United States.

Mr. Paul has cooperated with the Justice Department, telling all he knows about a scheme cooked up by the Clintons to bring millions of dollars of unreported campaign donations from Paul into Hillary’s campaign war chest. Justice officials have even flown to Brazil to question Mr. Paul. And on May 30 the FBI raided a storage facility owned by Mr. Paul in order to gather evidence in the case against Mrs. Clinton.

"We’re pleased the Justice Department and the FBI are taking this case seriously. It is not doing so willingly. The untold story of Peter Paul an account which is not yet public is forcing the Bush Justice Department to uncharacteristically do something. The story is explosive,” said JW President Tom Fitton. "It’s only a matter of time before Hillary is forced to answer for her crimes before a court of law."
