JW Seeks Answers to Anthrax Question

Why were Capitol Hill staffers placed on the antibiotic Cipro shortly after the terrorist attacks with no evidence of anthrax contamination, while postal workers at Washington, DC's Brentwood Postal facility were denied treatment even after it was determined the facility had been contaminated? Judicial Watch is seeking an answer to this question, and the Bush Administration is stalling.

In response to Judicial Watch's FOIA request for complete and accurate information regarding the anthrax attacks, the Bush Administration returned a paltry four e-mail messages and an "administrative alert" concerning testing procedures clearly in an effort to stonewall JW's investigation.

"There is a disturbing trend of denying the American people public access to information that keeps politicians accountable," said Judicial Watch Chairman Larry Klayman. "We will not stand for it."

Judicial Watch plans to take strong legal action and force the Bush Administration to come forward with the truth.
