While the world has focused on the prospect of a war with Iraq, another
nation, Venezuela, has literally gotten away with murder. JW has uncovered
evidence of a link between Communist Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez,
his Indian Ambassador Walter Marquez, and Osama bin Laden.
According to a former Venezuelan Presidential pilot, Marquez funneled
$1 million on behalf of Chavez to al Qaeda $100,000 to the Taliban
and $900,000 to Osama bin Laden. While the funds were disguised
as humanitarian aid, they were reportedly used for terrorist attacks
against U.S. interests. JW is suing Chavez and Venezuela on behalf
of a victim and survivor of the terrorist attacks against the World
Trade Center.
"The communist Chavez is a supporter of terrorism and he deserves
to be severely punished for the money he sent to al Qaeda after
the September 11 attacks," said JW Chairman Larry Klayman.
"Chavez and his henchmen have the blood of thousands of innocent
people on their hands."
It is widely known that Chavez is a close ally and the protégé
of Cuban dictator Fidel Castro who, according to JW investigations
and the Bush Administration, has compiled weapons of mass destruction,
including biological and chemical weapons. He also supports terror
regimes and Iraq, Libya and Iran.
