JW's Judicial Monitoring Project: Holds Judges Accountable

Judicial Watch has assembled a core of volunteers to monitor court proceedings, document any flagrant abuses of power in the state and federal court systems and then file complaints when necessary. This program was first piloted in 2001 by JW's Western Regional Headquartres in Los Angeles, home of the largest court system in America. The results have been immediate and dramatic. Overall, numerous litigants have observed that the behavior of California's judges, under the watchful eye of Judicial Watch courtroom monitors, has improved significantly.
