Hillary's Dirty Secrets Flowers Earns Another Court Victory Against Hillary
Hillary to be Deposed Soon
Gennifer Flowers can sue Hillary Clinton for conspiracy thanks to
a landmark July 23rd ruling by a federal judge. U.S. District Judge
Philip Pro found that Clinton hatchet men James Carville and George
Stephanopoulos acted as the "instrumentality" of Clinton,
when they embarked on a smear campaign to destroy Ms. Flowers' reputation.
Senator Clinton's legal team had sought to have the case dismissed.
Now, Mrs. Clinton is one step closer to being deposed by Judicial
Watch.
"Ms. Flowers has been significantly damaged by the Clintons'
smear machine and she's anxious for justice," said JW Chairman
Larry Klayman. "Judicial Watch will see to it that Mrs. Clinton
does not escape punishment for her crimes."
According to Judicial Watch's complaint, after Ms. Flowers went
public with her 12-year affair with then Arkansas Governor Bill
Clinton, Mrs. Clinton, Stephanopoulos, and Carville conspired to
smear her with false accusations. They outright accused Ms. Flowers
of deceit and fraud in numerous public appearances. In fact, according
to the Los Angeles Times, Carville and Stephanopoulos said that
Ms. Flowers lied to the press when she disclosed the affair, a claim
repeated by the Clintons in a 60 Minutes interview and then later
retracted in the face of the audiotape evidence. Bill Clinton would
later admit to the affair in his deposition during the Paula Jones
sexual harassment case.
Carville and Stephanopoulos also accused Ms. Flowers of "doctoring"
tape recordings of conversations she had with Clinton. During those
conversations, Bill Clinton encouraged Ms. Flowers to perjure herself
before an Arkansas state labor grievance hearing.
In allowing Flowers to proceed with the conspiracy claim, Judge
Pro ruled that the statements that she "doctored" tapes
are "consistent with" a conspiracy to defame Ms. Flowers.
"Flowers has sufficiently plead the required elements of a
civil conspiracy under Nevada law," Judge Pro wrote in his
July 23rd ruling.
Judge Pro had initially dismissed another version of the lawsuit
three years ago, but was reversed on appeal last November by the
9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco.
Mrs. Clinton is a defendant in multiple Judicial Watch legal actions,
including a lawsuit involving her alleged involvement in the misuse
of FBI files in order to blackmail perceived political adversaries
of the Clintons.
