JW Members Get New Benefits in 2004 In 2004 Judicial Watch celebrates its 10th Birthday and its supporters, old and new, get all the benefits, announced President Tom Fitton. "While I wish that there was no need for an organization like Judicial Watch in our society, the plain and simple fact is that now more than ever, we have become a necessity in Washington," commented Fitton.
