		<description>I&#039;m sure that this program, just like all other govt. programs, is extremely wasteful. However, obesity in general is a well known major health problem in the US. I&#039;m not surprised that doctors are seeing a &quot;significant increase&quot; in the rate of under nourished children in this time of financial crisis. The term &quot;significant&quot; though is meaningless without statistics to define it. So that doesn&#039;t really tell us anything.
Even if it is becoming a real problem, that does not mean that we should stop being concerned about the obesity problem, which we know is very real. The two  different problems do not negate each other.</description>
