The LIHEAP should be screening the recipients of this program more thorough then they do, (no one will lie!!!) and the workers. I for one am sick and tired of seeing all the "leaches" that are on all the public assistance programs, and driving around in brand new cars,wearing name brand cloths and sneakers,and eating out every night, while law abiding, tax paying, working citizens can not make ends meet and CAN NOT GET ANY HELP America/Americans need to wake up and smell the coffee and STOP giving out all the" hand outs", and STOP making it so easy to get on these programs. People need to be made to work for their benefits (washing state building windows,picking up trash ,etc) in stead of just sitting on their butts waiting for the next "pay day .All of these "programs" were suppose to be a helping hand NOT a way of life for them and their generations that follow.
