They want everyone to be on the EBT card. Nothing to do with "funding". Everyone who signs up has IRIS scan/biometrics. No one would volunteer for it otherwise, but they'll do it for free food. Soon, the EBT card will be mandatory. I say, within 7 years maybe under 2 years. We'll have the card like Nigeria has, combined ID/bank/money card. Don’t you GET it?
