I do not care what color someone is, the fact remains these individuals do not have critical thinking skills / problem solving skills. They place not only the private sector in danger but also their co-workers. Prime example of how we have lowered the standards of America and have no intentions of employing the ones with skills / education standards needed.
There has to be a way of conducting a test where you do not employ information human interaction of grading the tests and/or request about an individuals race. The test should simply be given by merit of ones education of skills needed for the job.
Wasn't there a case last year concerning in the state of Ohio where the D.O.J. made the state lower the testing standards because a majority of those tested could not pass the test? Another prime example of what our education system is turning out on society.

How many idiots amount to $128 million in compensation? What about white people who didn't pass? Some judges need to be hung

I had to take a test to get into college, then into medical school, then to get my license, then to get board certified. I wish they would get rid of these discriminatory tests, would have saved me time and money... of course, who cares if your doctor, lawyer, judge, policeman or fireman is qualified and competent?

Just out of curiosity, what "qualifications" are employers of any kind allowed to have for occupationsal specific skills? Wouldn't anything for anybody be discriminatory? Wouldn't any applicant need to be hired and then good luck firing them if they didn't perform the tasks? Is it just that the social justice group think that employers of any kind have no right of expectation for job performance before hire? If that's true, on what basis are you allowed to dismiss a "nonperforming" hire? Just trying to wrap my mind around how testing knowledge of rules/regs/laws/professional histories of any profession are not basic skills?

If the blacks and latios or anyone else for that matter can't pass the tests, they shouldn't be hired. They would be a danger
to everyone. Some judges shouldn't be judges.
