A US Senator holds a press conference at which these two guys recount this example of actual CRIMINAL ASSAULT charges (two) of one "dreamer" as well as telling about numerous other examples where illegal immigrants are picked up for various charges both related and unrelated to their illegal status, and your criticism is they used a plural instead of a singular??? What I want to know is, of all the news sources I am finding covering this story, and of all the comments following those stories, WHY ON EARTH are so few people and news sources picking up on the VIOLENCE charges being dropped?? We have blown way past treating illegals as legal citizens, we are giving them freedoms (to commit crimes with no consequences whatsoever) NO CITIZEN HAS OR HAS EVER HAD!!! For that matter, since there is no evidence required to prove you are a "dreamer" what's to stop every felon in the country of using this excuse to get immediately released? He can make treaties, grant reprieves and pardons, appoint ambassadors and supreme court judges, fill vacancies, and commission officers. And command the army, navy, and militia. That's it. No immigration policy making, no granting himself special powers, no immunity from the law, no personal treasury account, and, no dereliction of duty. He shall see that the law be faithfully executed, he protects the borders from invasion, he protects and defends the constitution. He shall not provide aid and comfort to the enemy, give away public funds to private enterprise, disregard his oath of office, or commit high crimes, treason, OR misdemeanors. Whats more troubling is law enforcement, and congress, refuse to perform their duties, yet still get a pay check. Isn't that fraud, or embezzlement, or theft? Why do we pay these losers, why do we employ these incompetent idiots, and give them a deluxe retirement package?
