Of course, we are well aware the courts have been writing law since before the Civil War and from time to time a president has done things which need to be approved later by congress but this is a new twist, especially of the American dream with Obama's hands around the neck of Lady Liberty. Obama’s plan is supposed to be the plan of Congress which, by the Constitution, gives only congress the authority to make law.
