As though colleges and Professors don't already go out of their way to pass black students, we have begun grade norming legislation by the current administration, to ensure student groups who receive better scores are graded down, and African Americans who score the lowest, receive higher grades. Similarly, we have discipline norming to ensure that African American students are not disciplined more than other students. (See Executive Order -- White House Initiative on Educational Excellence for African Americans)

I am beginning to understand why Jesse Jackson said in April, "Trayvon Martin Would Not Have Been Killed If He Wasn’t Suspended From School." So, let alone the fact that he had 53 absences, 3 suspensions for defacing school property, drug dealing at school and stealing jewelry, not to mention beating up on a bus driver, and then sucker punching and slamming a man's head on concrete for trying to report his suspicious behavior to the police, but no, his death was the school's fault for suspending him. Meanwhile the guy who Martin beat up in Sanford is awaiting trial for being a racist killer.

But this is how the logic goes, stop suspecting, suspending, down grading, and criminalizing certain behaviors, but instead offer scholarships so we can have career norming. This goes beyond Affirmative Action, you think?
