I&#039;m taking bets on how long the next document, the one banning kids from bringing such &quot;junk&quot; to school property will be.  The length should include an estimate of the addendum dealing with strip searches and how they should be handled with the appropriate sensitivity guidelines in place and where the offenders will be shipped for &quot;treatment&quot; after their third offense.*

* It goes without saying that if a 17 year old is found with a cigarette stuffed somewhere that they&#039;ll be shipped to a &quot;special&quot; detention center on their first offense of course!
