Synopsis

Judicial Watch filed this lawsuit to force the Colorado Office of Attorney Regulation Council and/or the Attorney Regulation Counsel of the Supreme Court of Colorado (OARC/ARC) to provide documents regarding the connection between OARC/ARC and the investigation of former Maricopa County, Arizona Attorney Andrew Thomas and associated investigations and acts as requested by Judicial Watch through the Colorado Open Records Act (CORA).On April 22, 2011, the District Court for the City and County of Denver, Colorado, ruled that the documents requested by Judicial Watch should be provided by ARC.
