John Huang was a key figure in the illegal campaign fundraising at the Department of Commerce.At the DOC it was discovered that he may have been involved in illegal fundraising activities and the passing on of confidential information to China.Little real knowledge was to be gained from Huang’s depositions due to the near constant invocation of his Fifth Amendment rights.
