You gotta be kidding, right? Come on, everyone already KNOWS SF is a sanctuary city, just like LA, San Diego and NY. Do they really need to waste hundred of thousands of taxpayer dollars to tell everyone they're already wasting hundred of MILLIONS of taxpayer dollars ILLEGALLY on ILLEGAL aliens?
