It seems that we have a similar to identical problem in Alaska with our Mayor's office from what I read. I do not have the specific case# but it is filed in the Anchorage Court house concerning Mayor Mark Begich and a citizen of the state. It is also easy to go to anchorage daily news and look for the article using reference words like (e-mails, Mayor, Begich).
Anyway just thought I would let you know that there are more missing political e-mails than what is in this article. I guess there are 2 years worth of missing e-mails from his office computer records.
