I have filed multiple complaints to the Arizona State Bar because I have been set up by opposing counsel & my exhusband to lose all rights to my daughter, while paying out for multiple court orders against me. The first judge said it appeared to her that I was being set up while the court continues to allow my daughter to flunk and be neglected. I haven't seen or spoke to my 15yo daughter in over a year because of all the allegations against me.
Time after time I've complained to the State Bar about opposing counsel's cruel use of the system against me. Even though I have proved to the State Bar that opposing counsel has lied to the court repeatedly, they talk down my complaint and say that nothings wrong.
Opposing counsel has made a fortune off my grief and continues to threaten me in multiple more accusations to the court. Why they allow an attorney to destroy a person like me to win a case, is more than I can bear. This case started in Arizona in 2002 and it cost me over 5,000.00 to defend myself against the charge of Munchaesen's Syndrome by Proxy. Even though I proved I didn't have it, multiple new charges against me keep coming and the court allows this. What's worse is multiple alleged family specialists have been paid thousands of dollars to perpetuate the issues.
Many other issues and problems I have shown, mailed, submitted to the State Bar for 4 years and they have continued to avert their eyes to the serious problems going on for my daughter in another state(california)the California courts don't even know my child has lived in their state for 4 years, while Arizona retains jurisdiction.
